Shipping Policy

Order processing & shipping times can range from 1-5 business days, under certain circumstances they may take up to 8-10 days. Delivery will range depending on the carrier and location the order is being delivered to! Be sure to check your tracking number for an estimated delivery date!

Please note: Sticker ONLY orders are sent through non-tracked postage mail. This means, there is no tracking number associated with your package and it will be delivered to your mail box within 2-12 business days.

We are unfortunately not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the associated carrier if your package was delivered to the incorrect address or lost, and please email us at hercatandco@outlook.com so we can assist with this issue.

Return Policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy which means a return must be requested within 14 days after receiving your order. Apparel is refundable if unworn and in the same condition it was received.

Contact us within the 14 days at hercatandco@outlook.com, and we will provide you with a return label and directions on how to return the order.

*Please note: Sticker orders are NON-REFUNDABLE

Exchanges

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot guarantee the item/size you would like to exchange for will be in stock, but we will do our best to fulfill this request. Apparel is exchangeable if unworn and in the same condition it was received.

*Please note: Shipping costs for exchanges is not covered by the shop and must be paid by the customer. This means, you must pay for the shipping label to exchange your item. We are responsible for the shipping costs for the new item to be sent to you.

Damaged/ Wrong Items

If you receive an item damaged or receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at hercatandco@outlook.com and we will do our best to correct the issue in a timely manner!
